Current Project Status
JDG has completed the initial legal diligence phase, financial feasability, ALTA survey, and are now moving through the pre-app process for entitlements. We are seeking $2 million +/- dollars in equity funds toward land acquisition closing and improvements with a buy, develop and hold strategy.
